I had an amazing time at Hollywood Connection! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The variety of activities kept everyone entertained, and I especially loved the arcade games and laser tag. I can’t wait to come back for more fun. Highly recommend it! Five stars!

So disappointed!! Took my daughters here to skate for my babies 2nd birthday and they really should get some adults because either they have a staff or children who aren’t interested in providing quality customer service or they have a staff of adults who just look like kids and really could care less! The staff was very unfriendly to work in an atmosphere catered to children and also very sarcastic and uninterested in any question or need I may have and let’s not forget high as hell!!! Charged me $30 for a cake and couldn’t even provide a plate or nothing! Never again!!!!

I was playing mini golf with my toddler when three teenage girls came into our hole, even though we were still using it and decided to hit their balls down it almost hitting my toddler because he was bent down as we were not expecting anybody else to be on that hole since it was still our turn. I ask them very nicely if they could please wait until we were done using it, One girl was very kind and apologized however, the other two were very rude egging each other on to keep hitting the ball. I understand their children, so I just decided to go and ask for a refund and take my son to do something else because I did not want him to get hurt due to other people’s negligence. When I asked for a refund, I obviously had to tell the people why and when I did they stated they were going to ask the deputies to talk to them I stated they were little girls and a deputy is a bit aggressive but I guess that it protocol. It ended up being in the long run that the daughters belonged to one of the deputies there. After whole the mom in uniform on duty walked by me with her daughters and very loudly stated “is this the lady” it was very tacky and distasteful almost as if she was trying to psyche me out. If she was properly doing her job I know for sure that is not protocol.

Went skating with the family. We needed walkers for some of the kids. Get this, they close the register 45 minutes early so they said they couldn’t rent them out to us. I talked to a manager because we had 20 minutes left so why couldn’t they let our 7 year old use it. He said “we can’t just incase it gets damaged” THEYRE MADE OUT OF PVC!… Just moved here. We are definitely not coming back. I hope that $6 was worth it!

It was OKAY. BUT, they are literally trying to drain your pockets. You want skates? 21 bucks. You need socks? Best be ready to pay a solid 8 bucks. Need one of those walkers to help your kids skate? A solid 3 bucks for balance. Employees were on the rink for a hot minute but then went off. The food is crazy EXPENSIVE. Spent 15 bucks on a VERY SMALL burger and an average portion of fries. You want some candy? 6 bucks for a REGULAR bag. You want a drink? 7 BUCKS I wouldn't recommend it if you are trying to have a fun time but on a budget.

This place was very fun and endearing. The dinosaur minigolf was really engaging and provided many giggles and laughs to go around. My only complaint however was with a blonde worker I think her name was Datam, tripped and drop my milkshake all over me. I was not very pleased with this reality. She also gave me a pink golf ball when I specifically asked for a Crimson Red Golf Ball. Overall, great place to eat and party hardy. I may come back.

Came to Hollywood Connection and it was Utterly the worst skating rink I’ve been to. They had no Ac and it felt like torment trying to skate. Literally had to get a bag of ice to stay cool because I already spent 14 dollars just to get in and didn’t get any type of refund . They have no type of Dj it’s audio played and even the music is too low to hear. For the people who actually enjoy skating I would not come here. All kid orientated they have nothing for the teens what so ever like the other skating rinks so if you want to come here just be 14 and below to have any type of fun. I believe it might go out of business the way that is going. I use to love coming here as a kid in my teens and the whole skating rink went down fall now even on the weekends nobody comes here and I see why. I suggest making a teen night so everyone can have fun.

I'm here from out of town and wanted to take grandchildren skating with their parents and was told the only way I could go in was to pay $5. I told them that I would just go in and get something from the snack bar and they told me I had to pay the $5 to go eat. Mom and dad had to pay the $5 each to take the girls skating. I left to go get food. This says family fun. Whatever ?‍? Do better Hollywood Connections.
