Our experience of PA Jewellery was amazing. Amy supported us to create the exact engagement ring I wanted based on ideas I'd seen online and our personal engagement story ? she communicated so well throughout and gave her honest opinions without ever putting any pressure on me. The finished ring was more than I could have hoped for and I admire it every day. We will definitely be back when we have our wedding rings made. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

We originally purchased our wedding rings from PA jewellery 40 years ago, and I can honestly say the customer service is just as good now as it was then- we went back to look for a Ruby Wedding ? gift, and found exactly what we were looking for! The staff member that served us seemed to sense exactly what I wanted! No pushy sales, just genuine professional service. I have had so many comments about how beautiful my ring is! PA Jewellry is an outstanding treasure in Sheffield. I have purchased one piece of jewellery from the, a pair of pendant diamond earrings for an excellent price. However, I have several pieces of bespoke jewellery that they have crafted into precise pieces of art. All of them have diamond pieces with other stones, and the finished product has been a thing of beauty to behold. The price for all my pieces has been excellent, hence my continued return. I have worked principally with Lyndsay C who has overseen the projects to bring my wish and desire into reality. I would recommend anyone seeking out jewellery either for themselves or a loved one to visit PA Jewellery and be pleasantly surprised to the good.

We wanted two mens wedding rings that were our own, not plain bands of gold. That was where our knowledge and imagination ended. Ian listened to us both, to what we didn't want.We left the challenge there and from that point we started a process that was just fun. Ian asked questions, said what maybe possible and went away. He then send a CAD drawing of identical rings that when we first saw them realised that this was indeed what we wanted all along, we just didn't know it. Each and every stage was made fun by PA and their team. We collected the rings with as much fun and empathy as we had received from day one. I can honestly say that everyone who sees them asks where they were made. I would urge anyone wanting jewellery to go see the team at PA. Thank you so much from Neil & Evandro

I have used this company before for very Specific bespoke jewellery and have always found the service excellent as you would expect with a high value job however today I called in with A very small job that most companies would not be interested in i.e. a watch strap Repair
The service they provided was again excellent And as it was such a small job I think this is an even greater testament to how much they value customers So thank you once again, PA jewellers
